We use contemporary techniques of psychotherapy for revealing and deliverance from negative memories and consequences of psychotraumas in order to control own emotions and obtain psychological comfort.

Among contemporary methods and techniques  which we are using:

  • EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)– facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories. World Health OrganizationWHO has noted that EMDR is effective for treating symptoms of acute and chronic PTSD.
  • Mindfulness as the process of bringing client’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. It includes the practice of  meditation, visualization and other psychological techniques  used to reduce daily stress and anxiety.
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy – ACT. The goal of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility – the ability to change perception and as a result, emotional reaction and behavior in difficult and stressful situations.
  • Focusing as a psychotherapeutic process developed by psychotherapist Eugene The method is based on bodily awareness. It can be used to make clear on what one feels or wants, to obtain new insights about important life circumstances or situation,
  • Recall Healing method for identifying and solving  hidden emotional trauma, which can effect one’s health negatively. It is an innovative approach to improving  health and well being.
  • Techniques used in Positive Psychology. The main goal is to minimize negative thoughts and belief about oneself and develop a sense of optimism toward life.
  • Projective tests (developed by Carl Jung) which assess our underlying personality traits, fears, anxieties, and attitudes.
